Skeleton King — the design-token layer
SingularityUI's implementation layer is Skeleton King: a real, generated design-token codebase
(/skeletonking/design-tokens) that has already produced a distinct CSS token file — colors,
spacing, and type scale — for 122 ventures in this portfolio. Those files are real and on disk.
What isn't yet true: no confirmed live venture page actually loads one of them — a check across
13 real live venture pages for the pipeline's own footer marker or a linked token file found zero
matches (see the full correction). So this
is a real, generated asset, not yet the shared design-system infrastructure the portfolio actually
runs on.

The design-token generator
The spec_v2 MVP feature, built and live: input one brand color and a few brand adjectives, get back a ready-to-use CSS/JSON token set (10-step color scale, type scale, spacing scale) — runs entirely in the browser, in the same token shape Skeleton King already generates for this portfolio's 122 venture token files. Target customer: solo/indie SaaS founders, starting with this portfolio's own ventures.
The interface to Universal Intelligence
SingularityUI's long-term aim is to be the UI layer that makes AGI universally accessible — a
trajectory, not a claim about what exists today. Distance travelled toward that target is what this
venture's insight.stage tracks; right now that's a real design-token pipeline, not an
AI design-generation product.
